What is processed and why

Waitlist: your e-mail address and the timestamps of your submission and confirmation, processed so that we can tell you once when the product opens. Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by ticking the box and clicking the confirmation link.

Account: your e-mail address, subscription state and device records, processed to run the service you bought. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and compliance with our legal obligations for invoicing.

How it is collected

Electronically, through this website and the application, and only from you. We do not buy lists and we do not enrich your record from third parties.

Transfers

Data is stored with the infrastructure providers listed on the sub-processors page, which may process it outside Türkiye. Transfers rest on your explicit consent for the waitlist, and on the contractual safeguards described in the DPA for account data.

Your rights under Article 11

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request that correction or deletion be notified to those third parties, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Withdrawing consent

Every e-mail we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the waitlist record rather than merely flagging it.
