Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms cover the SuperDevSpace desktop application, this website and the account service behind them. Plain language, because you should be able to read them.
What the service is
SuperDevSpace is desktop software that orchestrates agent CLIs you have installed and licensed yourself. It launches those tools as local processes, manages git worktrees, and gives you a board, an inspector and a mobile control surface.
We do not provide, resell or proxy any AI model. Whatever your agent CLI does, it does under your own agreement with its provider, at your own cost and under their terms.
Your account
You need an account to run the licensed build. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Each plan permits a set number of signed-in devices; you can see them and sign one out remotely.
One account is for one person. Sharing an account across a team is what the multi-organisation plans are for.
Trial and subscription
The trial runs 14 days and does not ask for a card. When it ends nothing is deleted and nothing is locked mid-flight: agents already running keep running, and creating new organisations or hiring new agents pauses until you subscribe.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you already paid for.
Payment
Payments are taken by a merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle). They are the seller of record for the transaction, they issue the invoice, and they handle VAT and local tax rules. Your card details never reach us.
What you may not do
Do not resell or sublicense the software, do not remove or defeat its licensing, and do not use it to break the terms of the agent CLI providers you are driving.
Do not use it to produce or distribute material that is illegal where you are, and do not point it at systems you are not authorised to work on.
Your content
Your code, prompts and outputs are yours. We claim no licence over them, and by the architecture described on the security page they do not reach us in the first place.
Availability and liability
The desktop app runs on your machine and keeps working without our servers for the offline tolerance period described in the app. The account service is offered as-is, without a contractual uptime guarantee, unless we have separately agreed one with you in writing.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending the agreement
We may change these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page changes. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and we will say why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country named in the company details below, and disputes go to the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your own country says otherwise.
