The rule
If you are not happy with SuperDevSpace, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you get the whole amount back. You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not affect anything else.
How to ask
Write to the contact address below from the address on the account, or ask the merchant of record that took the payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the merchant of record processes them — they usually land within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Cancel any time and the subscription stops renewing; the period you already paid for runs to its end. We do not pro-rate a part-used period, and we do not need you to talk to anyone to cancel.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the rights consumer law gives you, including any statutory withdrawal right. It never replaces them.
